I'd never heard of this product, but I guess it makes sense.
But it also doesn't make sense. I didn't dig into any reviews, but it's my guess that most complaints are about poor the batteries not lasting long -and I don't mean per charge, I mean the products' lifespan because of the batteries. See, this is a product intended to create heat. But heat is exactly what destroys lithium based rechargeable batteries. The better it works, the worse it works. It might be best to find one that's easily disassembled and you can replace the cells inside by yourself. Most likely they're 18650's, which is what many of today's electronics are powered by. E-cigs, flashlights, portable chargers. The batteries of laptops are comprised of an array of 18650's. Being able to replace them yourself would cost a lot less than buying a new unit when it craps out on you.
