Used Kel Tec pf9 value?

I have a chance to buy a used PF-9 from a co worker.Some of the finish is chipped off and has been shot/carried.Comes with 3 mags and he is open to an offers. what would be a fair offer? If mama lets me make one, of course.

Around 200-300 depending on the condition, frame color (black, navy, od green, and coyote tan), and round count.

If it's in great mechanical condition, I'd offer $180. If there are some failures (FTE, FTL), I'd offer $150 and go get the feed ramp polished for the difference.

I found a new one online for $299 shipped, so I would say no more than $200 for a user. I like Mr. Teflon's numbers.
