This is a used, (very, very mildly!), #C44 P&S Large Dyad. I bought this many years ago from a very well respected member here. It had some issues but I put it away and just recently discovered I had it.
The scales had been removed and a some of the scale screws which had Phillips heads, (which were stock at the time), and had been somewhat stripped in the process, (the HEADS, NOT the threads!). I don't know why I didn't complain to the seller but it was a long time ago and I don't remember. Also, the clip's black coating was somewhat worn which was a common condition at the time.
I sent it back to Spyderco for repair but they said they couldn't replace the scale screws or the clip.
The scale screw heads aren't all that bad and a #1 Phillips head will still work if you wanted to take them off.
I replaced the original clip with a shorter Spyderco clip that I think is much better than the original and installed it with SS metal screws. It looks great and is very secure.
I'm being very honest here about the condition of this knife but you would be hard pressed to tell that this knife isn't in EXCELLENT shape!
There are NO scratches on either blade and the handles, liners and everything else is EXCELLENT! It locks up tight, blades are centered, Micarta scales are excellent! I will also include the original clip with it!
It also comes with the original box and papers which are in mint condition.
