Used Sebenza warranty work

I just picked up a large plain 21 off the exchange. I was planning on sending it in for a spa treatment and to add double lugs as soon as I received it. I noticed on the service form they ask where the knife was purchased. I am wondering what to put in there as the knife is used. And also would crk care if I was the original owner as far as warranty work is concerned?
 
They dont care. They just ask is all. Possibly to track "fakes". Track trends, etc.
 
Yup, don't care where you got it. The will take care of it same as if you purchased NIB from them or from a dealer. I have sent in 2 in the past and both were returned in amazing condition without any hassle at all. Love the way CRK takes care of their customers.

^^ what he said. I've also sent two of my CRKs in and they both came back looking as good as new. One even came back with a new lanyard (I sent mine in without it).

another great reason to love CRK
