I really want to get a good machine, and appreciate the suggestions to find a good used electric Cobra or such instead of spending a wad on a Tippmann. However, Leather Machine Co has no used machines for a year and a half now, and I am striking out searching the web.
Could someone please suggest a dealer or other source where I might be likely to find a pre owned Cobra Class 3 machine or equivelant? I don't think I can rationalize the new prices for the hobby.
Thanks

Just stick to hand stitching ... It's part of the fun of the hobby. I love the novelty factor and bragging right of being able to make an all hand made product. If it's just a hobby get a good stitching pony and once you get used to it it doesn't take that long once you get into the swing of things. it's not like reloading ammo in a cold quiet room , turn up some George Jones or put the hockey game on and stitch away!

I was thinking on a machine too but can't justify it as this is just a hobby for myself too.

Hi!

I have to agree. It's also nice to see how you progress from one piece to the next. I like that!

Tillman Boss machines turn up often on eBay but not for too.much less than new. I have he injector about a year now and it is not bad at all. I do still like hand stitching at times though.

Jonathans, I've seen em occasionally on a place called ranchworldads.com ya might try there.
