hey guys,
please delete , remove or move if inappropriate (i did look at the rules, and it wasn't clear if allowed or where)

or should i post for sale? $$insertnumberhere$$ or best offer and see what offers i get?

i have a user double talon battle mistress? with nice kydex sheath.

this is a user and shows wear in the coating along the blade from chopping? spine is dinged up from batoning?

the edge is good with no apparent damage, although i am sure it has been sharpened

i received this in a multiple knife deal and i dont follow busse. tried looking for comparables ... i don't have a clue what i am looking at

of course, i am wanting to hear this is an end of the rainbow, unicorn of a knife, worth untold riches and power (all busse's, right).

i have pending deals hinging on the value of this knife, hoping it is in the $600+ area. i will be posting for sale when i can determine a fair asking price.

A quick search for a “DTBM” on the Bussekin exchange here on BladeForms showed that some Battle Grade DTBMs (as yours is) sold last year at $295, $333, $350, and another sold this year at a posted price of $450, but some PMs were exchanged, so I have no idea what actual price was at the time of sale.

I’d say that if it’s priced right, towards the $300-350 range, you’d be looking at a quick sale.

Including a fitted sheath may prove to make the sale easier or allow the sale price to go a little higher.
 
I would say the above is right

in that shape with that sheath 325.00 to 375.00

More than 400.00 would be a stretch
 
Ya never know. Given a limited supply and the right buyer, some models may fetch a higher price than original release prices. Not saying that necessarily the case here, but that’s what’s fun about an open market.
 
When these came out in December of 2015, the "official" price was $347, with a $50 "first 72 hours" discount.

295.00 OBO for the Used knife seems pretty on point and a decent deal

125.00 for the sheath ? a bit steep for that sheath

If it was me and wanted to move it I would go 365.00 for the package
If you are in no hurry 395.00 for the package and lower it after 2 weeks
