Both have been used, but not abused. Other than some scuffs/wearing of the black coating, the CQC10 is great. The CQC7B will need a new clip (or to have the current one bent a bit) as it got caught when I sat down and has slightly bent away from the scale. The 7 has the thicker (titanium?) liners that make the 1999 models so nice.
Both lock up nicely, and could stand to be sharpened.
