user group not updated

Hi guys , is there somewhere I have to go to change my user cp to get my knifemaker membership back, I paid and received confermation of payment , or is it as if I have just started and I have to wait be because I am Canadain,

If some one could help, Ihave paid and would my upgrade.

You don't have to wait because you are Canadian. Electrons are FAST! :)

I clicked on your name for the drop-down menu and did not see private messaging enabled, so your membership hasn't gone through. When did you get confirmation (that your payment was received)?

When it does go through, go to User CP, and down the left side to Group memberships, and select "knifemaker".

I got my confiration email saying my accout is activated on dec 18 , I don't have any opions for changing in the "group membership" it was still a knifemaker upuntil about two or three days ago but no one has said why I'm not anymore.

I only have the bounced email group which no matter how many time I change my Email it is still there.

Did you pay with the old system? I have seen in the past where people have gotten the email telling them that their account has been activated, when in fact it hasn't. Spark needs to manually activate all the accounts when the payment has been made through the old system.
 
Go back to the email you used when you got notified! All these other emails are going to confuse us. You may be missing messages inbetween.
 
still nothing yet, I have recieved email from spark so I know my address is good,

I know its been the holidays and all but I have some stuff I would like to sell, so if I could get my membership renewal that would be great.
