User group

I know I am Platnium, but when I look at the group memberships there are none except the Bounced E-Mail shown (open to all). Whenever someone asks how why they can't get to something they are just told to go to the User CP look at group memberships and select the group, I always look and don't have one shown. I know I am not missing anything, but hate it when I don't understand something (well there are all those threads in PC, but that is another story).
