You could follow the directions in Sticky: How to get your username changed but since you're new here anyway it might make more sense for you to just open a new account with the name you want.

Well I made the order, started a thread requesting a change with the new name request and order number. I even called when they sent me an email requesting the call. Do I need to start another thread requesting the name change we discussed on the phone? Or did I put the thread in the wrong place? I was told It was being taken care of when I called.

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see where you followed Step 3. I'm not the one to make the name change and I wouldn't bet the person who's responsible will do it without that.

3. Post a thread here with the title CHANGE USERNAME: (Your username here). In that thread, put your order number, and what you'd like your username changed to. If you do not do so, your name will not be changed and we will assume that someone else is trying to hack your account.

This is step three, At least I thought it was. If I need to do something else then please tell me.... I'm just new here, I would have just signed up again if I hadn't Already purchased the platinim membership. Thanks for the help.
