Using AI for Slip Making

Hello all. I recently came across an article that describes how some normal people are using AI for everyday tasks and wondered how I might apply it. Well, I am always frustrated with how much leather I waste when cutting up a panel and thought I could ask Google's Bard for help before I start on some pocket slips. Up to this point I had only asked the Bard chatbot a few simple questions, so I am not well-versed in the technology, but I tried the following prompt:

"I have a 12x24" sheet of leather and need to cut it into pieces that are 2.5x5.5". How should I cut the sheet in order to maximize the number of 2.5x5.5" pieces?"

I was impressed with how quickly it came up with an answer and a diagram, and thought I would share in case anyone else might have some use for it.

You're welcome. Today I thought I would try more complex pieces and see how it does.
