Hello friends
I started using am inclinometer to nail the angles when sharpening, as the angles marked in the KME seems to be less than accurate, according to many instructionals. I found myself lowering the sharpener to the lowest degrees to reach standard angles, 18-20... Well this may seem obvious to you, but I was doing it wrong, as I just leaned the inclinometer on the rod and adjusted the angle. Now I lean it ON THE BLADE, zero it there and then on the rod. Obviously, the other way adjusted the absolute angle, bit the blade is not angle zero. Well, now I have some blades sharpened at 12-13 degrees. They cut like hell, though [emoji23].
