Using DMT diasharp with Apex

Does anyone know if the 6" and 8" DMT diasharp stones will work with the edge pro apex and the edge pro professional? Was thinking of getting an apex, but was thinking I'd just use the water stones for getting the final sharp edge and Diamond for getting most of the way there.

It's 6"X2" I think. It's the same length as the standard EP stones but twice wider. It's also a little bit thicker. These are old pics, I hope you can see what you want from these. The DMT stone works for the sizes that the standard EP stones work with. It may just be a little cumbersome for smaller blades. I just use this for heavy metal removal, once the heavy lifting is done, I go back to the standard EP stones. It does take some time to remove the scratch pattern of the XC.
