Using older knives as a daily carry.....

Hi, all. I don't fall into the "use it if you've got it category". I own many more knives that I use. Right now (and for the past year) I'm carrying a CS Voyager, and I don't put a lot of milage on it. A couple of months ago, I picked up 2 George Westholm folders (better known as I*XL, I think) for $50 each. And they are nice blades, and they feel good in my hands, so what more could you ask for in a knife, right?
I know I'm going to get lots of flak over this, but whatever, I just really hate to use something that isn't being produced anymore. It's kind of like killing the last Dodo bird. So, I'd like to know if anyone out there uses older knives. I'll probably end up carrying it. I could go out and buy a case, but it just wouldn't be the same. I've still got another one, anyway.

I often carry and use a three bladed folder that used to belong to my grandfather which has dual liner locks which I think are brass.

Since i started collecting old pocket knives many years ago I have a lot of them and quite often carry one. If it was a mint
rare knife i would leave it under glass with the rest but I enjoy carrying fine old knife.
