You are going to love the knife...the only thing it won't do is cape. This is one that you won't be breaking or bending.

Most capes are made from fabric and are quite flexible. Using Himalayan Imports products as textile superhero attire is not advisable.

I love the Sarge knife. I was able to snag one of the second run in beautiful, but simple antler. Anyone that has ever had a conversation on or off the forums with Kis will pretty much feel the wisdom, the warmth, and the practical know-how that he put into designing this knife. Did it come out just like his prototype? No, but the kamis seldom get 100% what we are asking for. I'm not a hunter. One I don't have the time. Two, the only time i have is in the winter and I hate the cold;) However, the Sarge or as I call it the KPH (Kismet Practical Hunter) is a great EDC. I use mine around the office and to prep steaks in the kitchen. The primary edge takes a great edge. Razor sharp for what you need a razor sharp knife. The clip is great for a slightly more obtuse edge to dig in deep where you wouldn't want to mar your fine edge. The antler handle is warm. Smooth, but not slippery. Mine is starting to get a nice aged brown color to the handle and dull gray finish on the blade from the fats and acids from meats and veggies. The guard between the handle and blade is great. common in many knives, but somehow this is one embodies typical Kis. "Be safe. That handle can get slippery with all that stuff on it. Whacherass, now."
In not so many words...you'll love it:)

I just got my first one in antler, great little knife that performs like a larger knife. Your right about not breaking this blade its thick and tough. This can be a real tool and still be a real knife if that makes sense. I bought it just to add to my collection but instead I am already useing it. To have a guard on this knife is just the right thing as with antler getting wet it can slip.

The KPH/Sarge is a great EDC... smaller in the pocket than JKM. False edge is great for scoring/opening things. I did discard the frog; knife that little goes in pocket.

Guard, light weight & slim profile= good carry.

I've been thinking of doing slight mods to the scabbard and hanging it inverted as a neck knife.
