hello,i am a new member and have a question on a sheath knife.it is a survival type knife with black leather handle with 5 grooves and a round flat metal end cap.7 inch blade with blood groove and curved tip that is sharpened on last 2 inches of top of blade ..left side marked U.S. below that is CAMILLUS,no other markings.blade has 70%of dull black finish.end cap has some olive paint remaining.this is an old knife and looks like could be ww2 issue .does anyone know anything about this knife and what war it would have been issued in?
