Usual Customer Service response time?

Sent CS an email Tuesday and haven't heard back yet. What's the usual response time frame?
 
Why emails are so slow to be responded to is only a guess, I've always called them at 800-800-7427.
 
I have always had quick response to e-mails, but they aren't always reliable. Heck, you never know for sure if they got it or not...
As jkarp said, call... The people I have talked to on the phone are very nice, and very helpful.
 
I've NEVER received an email response to any of the inquiries that I've had to Benchmade. I usually call them and receive a prompt answer.
 
It two weeks for a response to my last email request. That was mid-January 2015, with a response in the first week of February. But while it took some time, my request was answered and replacement parts were shipped without further comms.
 
Took a few days for me. Bigger concern is that after I send my Rift out, on my dime, for warranty work, it took a week after confirmed delivery to get an email that they received it.
