You'd be better off just calling, I think. I'm sure they get a ton of emails and they could email filters set up, etc., etc.

Unless you put FREE BOOZE in the subject, it may take a while.....

Don't know where Stinky is these days. Been kinda boring on the forum for me......He and Cobalt must be scheming something really big..... :p

HELLO

I called before i sent the email and the lady that answered the phone said that Busse combat was different from the company store and that i had to contact the company store through email. So what should i do (call back and hope someone else answers the phone?)

thanks again,

p.s. you were joking about the FREE BOOZE title right? :o

Just to clarify, Busse Combat is the knife maker/company, owned and operated by Jerry Busse, and is in Wauseon Ohio.

The Busse Company Store is a wholly separate entity, "authorized" by Busse, but owned and operated by Idaho Skunk and his wife in Idaho.

Contacting one does not equal contacting the other, since they are wholly separate entities.

The best means of contacting each are indicated on their respective websites.

Just put up a post that says "Skunk check your email" ;)

He may not have received it or he may not have an answer for you. I'm sure he will be along shortly and then he may or may not be of any help. ;)

:D:D

Welcome to the forums. You have to be new if you thought they were joking about the FREE BOOZE title. LOL

Not just Jerry or Skunk, but you would have just about every Hog's attention uttering those 2 words.

Of course, actually SENDING a bottle of something 'tasty' moves you to the head of the line right quick.

Jerry likes CBL, so his definition of 'tasty' seems pretty liberal. Skunk, on the other hand, brews his own and may have loftier standards. Maybe not, who knows?

We are NOT drunks! Just very, very, thirsty. LOL

BJB!!! You woke up!! :D:D good to see you around these parts again!

Ohioguy,

Contact me direct at jerry@bussecombat.com and I'll get you pointed in the right direction.

Skunk and I take turns being sober. . . . apparently this is my "sober time" . . . which means I probably won't be in a good mood when you get a hold of me unless you follow WetHog 1911's advice and bring some type of sacrificial offering such as,. . . Scotch, cigars, CBL. . . . etc. . ..

Heck, if you're an Ohio boy, I shouldn't have to tell you the importance of alcohol in the winter time! ;) :D

Or, feel free to call me at the shop this afternoon between 1:00 and 3:00.. . . Yeah, I know what you're all thinkin'. . . "Man, that Jerry Busse works some long hours!!!" Well now, don't you fret, I'll be here all day, but I have several of my regular Friday meetings to attend to with Johnnie, Jose, Bud, Jack, Jim, Mabel, and the rest of the gang!! :D

Thanks,

Jerry
