I have recently posted à San mai nakiri and this usuba was ordered by the same person as a set. Though they have nothing in common, they sure look great togheter!
This knife has a raindrop pattern damascus steel blade about 7 1/2 « long and an octagon handle made of bog oak. The dark Wood gave thé knife a very sober design and contrasts with the more colorful Wood and the clear blade of the nakiri.
The owner lives close to my Town and sent to the shop to pick them up a few days ago and it was great to see how happy he looked when he first saw his new knives!
