UT cutlery

I bought a knife from an antique shop in my area for $5 and can't find out anything on it.It's very old and the only think I can make out on the tang stamp is UT Cutlery,ut co, and a model number I can't make out.The other side has a lighter brown bone color.Could someone please give me some info on thise knife and tell me how much its worth

My bad.Heres the pics.As you can notice the bone on one side of the knife is lighter than the other.You can also see the new edge I put on it.

Nice knife. If you didn't put a new edge on it it would be worth around $129.00-$132.00

Its not exactly a new edge I just touched it up on my spyderco sharpmaker.How much would it be worth even if I touched it up on my spyderco sharpmaker?

I don't know what it might be worth, but I seriously doubt touching up the edge of any well worn, well used, many times already sharpened knife will hurt the value significantly. Oh yes, it looks like it once had a bail (note the protruding pin on either side of the rear bolster).
