utilitach II joe pardue

just got my first knife by Ontario. man for the money it is superbly made and super sharp. just curious now how to keep it that way for a long time without not using it.

Yeah, its one of the top performance to dollar knives you will ever find. :thumbup:

As for keep it in tip top shape, any sharpening stone or system will do you good.

40 degrees total for the bevel?

Not sure what it is from the factory but 40 sounds about right.

Only problem I have with my knives now is I can't get my mule folder as sharp as the utilitach same steel different geometry and heat treat I guess
