I know this has been discussed before, but I would like to see a more utilitarian (read non-tanto)blade shape on the Vision and without serrations. The blade shape or lack of choice has been the reason I haven't bought a Vision as of yet. The tanto is an eye pleasing blade but in my opinion is not as functional and is harder to sharpen.

Thanks for your thoughts. You do share this desire with other people. One has even been illustrated of the Vision with a drop point blade by Sergiusz Mitin (look for that drawing in a review of the Night Vision in the Review Forum by Sergiusz). We are always considering variations and improvements of exising products and appreciate input, such as yours. I don't know what's in the future, but I can assure you that the creative process will continue bringing SOG fans useful and stunning products.
