A need a knife that I can use on a daily basis that stays very sharp and has about a 5 inch blade I am willing to spend 150 -250 $ I like the more tactical style w/black or tan blade what is my best options
 
I am going to guess you don't want to hear it, but for a real utility/daily user I would not spend $150-250...I'd go for a Mora, and since you like them in black, you guessed it, a mora black would be my choice. $38.22 from the "jungle"

I have completely abused a $10 clipper and it has had zero issues, Morakniv makes real workaholic knives.
 
Tops Knives would tickle your tactical-look fancy. I prefer Esee or Becker though. They are simple and designed to work.
