I see everyone talking about how great serrated blades cut. So why dont someone make a disposable blade that is serrated

There are at least a couple serrated utility knife blades out on the market. One used to be sold at Lowes, was a bit unusual pattern serrations, and was reasonably priced. Same as these.

Seber also sells "combo" blades with more typical serration pattern.

They work well. The advantage, I think, with the serrations on these blades, is that they have a zero edge, in addition to the usual characteristics such as inducing slicing action when cutting and increased immunity from what I call the "cutting board effect".
