Uzi Eclipse.. Any positive thoughts on this one?

Not sure why but this knife just speaks to me .. I know it is a kinda low end blade but there is something about it that I really like..
I'm thinking about buying one.. Anyone have the same feelings or own one and feel like giving me some details on it..

Looks cool, but man oh man, I would not want that knife to be involved with a court case.

LoL.. Yeah I hear ya.. Notorious "UZI" brand knife that looks like a dagger switch blade type death instrument .. hmmmmmm

I shouldn't have to worry about court cases with this knife though or any knife for that matter.. .. only been in court once to defend myself and it was out of my hands.. kinda a had too thing, money matter..

Reading about the way the knife comes out and goes back in as it is sheathed is kinda making me wonder if it can be closed with out the sheath..

Eclipse With Sheath. 5 7/8" closed. 4 1/16" partially serrated CryoEdge treated 420HC stainless blade. Injection molded Zytel handles and sheath. Knife is a locking fixed blade when removed from sheath, when handle is inserted into sheath, the blade collapses into handle for easy carrying or storage.
