Uzi Tactical Pen

I've been looking at getting this pen for a while now simply because I really like the way it looks and like my pens to be on the heavy side. However, since it's also marketed as a 'self defense' item, is it likely that I'm going to run into any issues carrying this thing around (mainly from the glass breaker on the end)?

The glass breaker unscrews and comes off if you need...but then you'd lose the clip.

Yea and isn't that how you open it to replace the ink anyhow? Seems like that would cause two issues.

Naw, the bottom portion unscrews and separates...you can see the line below the clip. The pen isnt all that aggressive looking - at least to me

FWIW, I had the same exact pen pictured above and had it in a bag while entering a county court building here, in Chicago, and they let me keep it in my bag.
