Interesting. I've found that the single ground edge has a lot of bight to it but it seems to chip or ding quite easily. How have you found the conventional ground edge? Is it better? Stronger? I'd be interested in any opinions on this.

Dunno man, haven't used it, but that's one of the benefits of a conventoinally ground blade I believe.
