V-Tech?

My coworker said he saw a customer with a nice looking knife: A "V-Tech." I am aware of M-tech, but V, I have not heard of. Does anybody know about these? Any good?
Website or pictures, maybe?
Google provides few results, far between.

I got a TitanX before I realized the uncanny resemblance to the CRK Sabenza. I gave it away but have to say, not a bad little knife. It was just under 7" opened and blade steel was listed as 440C. Held an edge comparable the the 440C I have from others. I remember the machining on the AL handles was very good. Lock up was good (liner) Rode low in the pocket. Not a bad little knife.

The blade grinds were a bit off. PICS? try NGK.
