We were on vacation when I was able to pick this one out at my favorite knife dealer. Lake was less than 15 minutes away.

It’s funny for me to think of McMinnville as a vacation spot. My mom worked at the old hospital there when I was a kid, and my HS sweetheart went to Linfield in college, so I’m used to thinking of it as normal scenery. I like it out there. I suppose it’s too easy for any of us to take our normal surroundings for granted.

At the aquarium earlier in the year and then near Congdons donuts ;) in the summer.
