Valkyr in Carbon Fiber

Here's a more economical version of my new Valkyr frame-lock folder.

This one has a hand-rubbed (2 1/2" long) BG-42 blade and carbon fiber overlays.

This has become one of my favorite styles of folders. This is another beauty. Looking at the first couple of pictures I thought they were black & white.

It's a good thing I added that lock-up photo. The blue titanium spacers give it away.

I've been receiving a lot of emails asking about the sizes of the Valkyr and the Valkyre. Here are two photos that should help:

Open - the Valkye is on the top, the Valkyr on the bottom

Closed - the Valkyre is on the left, the Valkyr on the right.

Here are the lengths:

Valkyre open length is 7 3/4"
Valkyr open length is 6 1/4"

Valkyre blade length is 3 1/4"
Valkyr blade length is 2 5/8"
