VALKYRE knife in my possession...

Hi.
it was so many moons ago that i cannot for the life of me remember where i found this knife.
not being an EDC knife nut i duly placed this is my work assortment area and forgot all about it. i am a collector of a rather different knife to this and have posted on this forum for advice, showcasing and such and after a rather large clear out, came across this knife again and thought it maybe of interest to some here. first thing i did was to do the obligatory google and was intrigued as to why i could not find many images of this certain item (probably not looking properly!!) and noticed that a couple of out of date auction details popped up.
i have just taken off the handle covers and belt strap and given it a little spruce up as it was rather mucky so a bit more presentable for posting of.
so, what do i have here? a common or rare species, just wonderin'

any little info and thoughts welcomed
