I just finished up a couple more one off versions of my axes. The first one is I call the Valkyrie. Valkyrie is old Norse for "chooser of the slain".
The second one is a hammer pole version of my Skeg axe. A lot of people don't want or need a spike on an axe, so this one has a flat surface for hammering. It should be super handy around camp.
OAL on these is 16", with a 4" cutting edge. They are both made from 3/8" 4140.
Let me know what you guys think.
