Approximately 131 years of history and voluminous.

That looks like a Case 6318HE. The regular 6318 has a spey blade but the HE models replace that with the pen blade (much more useful IMO). The style of the "CASE XX" would indicate it was made between 1970 and 1979. I believe I see 10 dots, which would indicate it was made in 1970. Nice knife. I'm not sure when the change happened, but before the later 1970's the X318 models were 3.5", had nickel silver liners, and the bolsters taper to a thinner profile at each end of the knife. Later 1970's it was changed to be about 3 5/8", were a bit thicker, the bolsters didn't taper, and the liners changed from nickel silver to brass (they retain this newer style to this day). The older ones with the tapered bolsters carry wonderfully in the pocket. Not that there's anything wrong with the newer ones, but the older ones are noticeably nicer and feel more refined. Very nice knife. It's hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like the handle scales are jigged plastic made to resemble jigged bone rather than actual jigged bone (either way, the "6" in the 6318 model number indicates jigged bone or jigged plastic). Jigged bone would be more desirable and worth more.

Only Gold members and above are allowed to ask for values, as inquiring for that can be inferred to mean that you're intending to sell the knife (which only Gold members and above are allowed to do here). Now that you know what it is (assuming I'm right, which I'm pretty sure I am) though, you can go on eBay or wherever and compare yours to the ones offered there, and if you check the sold listings, what they have sold for.
