Value of a knife?

I recently was gifted a very well used deleted I just got it back from Benchmade after sharpening and cleaning, but it just isn't clicking with me.

I'm not too sure what I want to do with it yet, but I was hoping to get some information on its potential value. I know I'd consider selling it to someone who would give it the love it deserves.

I've seen crazy high prices for the few listed on eBay - $750 - but I'd honestly be surprised if that's the going rate. Mine is fairly beat up, which I expect to lower value some.

Any help would be really appreciated!

You need a paid BF membership to legitimately inquire as to the market value of a knife. You could do a search at the Exchange and maybe find historical prices that have not been removed post-sale. You could also buy a gold membership which is cheap enough for all the benefit one can derive from the knowledge that's available here.

Thanks very much for pointing that out. I just registered an account to post this question, and clearly my scan of the rules wasn't thorough enough. I'll have a look at the exchange and consider a membership.
