Hey All,

Iv recently accuried a Large Sebenza 21 insingo. Im in the process of trading it for something/want to make an offer, but im not sure what the value on this knife is. It is the S30V version. No idaho stamp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It depends on the condition. If it's new in box, then it's worth close to the original price from a dealer ($410). If it's used, then you could expect somewhere in the region of $340 to $380 depending on just how used it is.

The fact it has no Idaho Made stamp and the blade is S30V may increase the value somewhat, but only marginally in my experience.

Thanks for your response. Yeah its fresh out the box. So if the S35VN stamped one was 410 , does that mean a brand new s30V no stamped one would fetch around 420-30?

I doubt you'd get more than new price for it, they're fairly easy to come by. I've seen the pre-Idaho ones get a little more at used prices, though. Just for reference, I paid $320 for my pre-Idaho user with scotch-brited scales.

I think LW is right. It really comes down to what a particular buyer is looking for, and how badly they want it, at the time you sell the knife.
