I bought this Benchmade probably 15 to 20 years ago brand new for a local knife shop. I do not recall using it all and the blade shows NO signs of use. I still have the original box and manual the knife came with. I do not know anything about folders (use only fixed blades) and was hoping someone could give me a little information or value of this knife. Thank you.

I paid $250 for this one about a year ago. It's a regular production, plain edge and it had some wear. To be honest, I would value yours about the same, maybe up to $300 or so. Though it is unused it is a serrated version. I'm not really taking the pre-production mark into account, that doesn't add value for me, but it might for some.

None. I think you have a better chance getting a knife made out of unicorn horn.

Pretty much, yea. I don't think they're interested in looking back at an old model. I guess they think they've moved on to better things.

Not taking anything away from the greatness of this knife but often people value something much more because of its unavailability. benchmade 710 is a good example.

Agreed. Although I bought three of the 710s. Still have two. The 710 in M2 is one of the best knives I've ever had. The AFCK in D2 wasn't far behind.
