Value of my Buck knives?

not supposed to ask for values without a gold or higher membership. dont believe we are allowed to help ya?
 
You have to have a gold membership to discuss value of your knives like this on BladeForums. Unfortunately, there is no bluebook type value standard for these sorts of knives; experience and price shopping online or in shops are going to be your only recourse at this time.

Another way to augment your price research online would be to assess your knives' conditions and ask yourself what you yourself would pay to own them. Then, if you're wanting to sell (on eBay or CL or the like--you'll need a gold membership to sell here) you'll find out pretty quickly whether your prices are in the ballpark. Not a surefire solution for you, but I hope it helps.

Yes, eBay pricing is all over the place but it is still a great resource. Did you search for completed auctions? Under the advanced search function you can search for completed auctions that actually sold. It takes a bit of sorting to match condition to yours.

I have a better idea, neither knife is valuable enough to fund your retirement plan so why not just put them in your pocket rotation? Both are a really handy size.

Don't worry, you're not getting abused here. It's an easy mistake to make and you're just trying to free up some funds. Welcome to BladeForums, stick around, and enjoy the hobby. We're most of us pretty easygoing here.

No problems, all is well. Leaving it as it is good advice for others. My only advice is to bone up on the forum rules, check out the FAQ section at the top of the home page and read thru the entire thread from the Traditional forum that I give you a link to at the end of my post . 300Bucks
