I've often heard that folks that frequent backcountry go entire lives without ever seeing one of these.
This was seen crossing the downhill course, by the world!
Maybe he is hinting at a new type of sport......Winter High-Jumping?

I was at whistler last summer, I was amazed with the amount of people, there was still a ton of wildlife. All the garbage cans were bear proof design even in the middle of whistler village
 
Me and my wife both think he should win the gold in some event.:D

Awesome! That made me smile. The only lynx I've ever seen was at a ski area here in MT. Me and my jackhole friends skied it up a tree, but it seemed more annoyed than seriously disturbed. I don't think it was his first rodeo. ;)

Did you guys see the vid of the bear on the side of the luge track while one the the athletes was coming down? One of the athletes jokingly said something like he didn't want to go down the track cuz he was dressed like a big salmon!:D

That is incredibly cool. I've never seen one of those in the wild.

I've seen a couple of Bobcats (no, not the machine, the cats) around here, but never a Lynx (I don't even know if there are any down here).

Thanks for showing those.
 
I saw a bobcat in my back yard once. Beautiful, but a little unnerving! The neighbors have some small dogs... :D
