Vanguard sheath ?

I ran across a good deal on a Vanguard 192BR, but the sheath is marked 191 on the back. I think 191 is the wood handled Zipper and maybe that is why the sheath is way too big, to fit the gut hook? Did I get the wrong sheath, or should I just try boiling it in water to hand block it? I got it NIB from Wally World today. I was waiting on a sale for another Sharpfinger (it's heresy, but I spread the wealth), but now I don't need one. Maybe I'll actually get to use them both on the same day sometime. Great knife this Vanguard, but I don't think it had edge 2000 on it. It now has edge 2003 on it ;)

The sheath for my 192 Vanguard is also marked 191 and fits just a little loose until you snap the flap down, then it is nice and snug. And you're right, 191 is the zipper. One Stop Knife Shop lists replacement sheaths numbered BU-191 and BU-192. They're only 12 bucks, so if you rework yours and don't like the results, its cheap to replace. Good luck.
