Vantage Force models... Is the liner lock really beefier than regular Vantage models?

Has anyone had the opportunity to closely compare the difference in the liner locks on the Buck Vantage models vs. the Vantage Force models? I'm thinking about picking up an Avid model and not sure whether to go for the Vantage Avid or the Vantage Force Avid.

Good question. I hope they are are thicker than the regular Vantage. I love my pro, but the liner lock is already wore out. Lots of blade play and the liner touches the other side.

And yes the pivot is so tight that you can't use the flipper.
