Wow, I knew there were a bunch, but never counted to realize just how many there actually are. Seems like a commitment to an idea by Buck. Any pics of the Yellowhorse models out there?
 
I too am having problems finding the wally world vantage. I tried at least seven stores, only one had the photo of them in their display with no price (how much are they @ wally world?), this was a new store and they havn't had them in stock even from the opening of the store. I want a dymondwood version, is the one that w/w sells the same color as Bass Pro and other stores?

All my local Wal Marts have them at $34.95+tax, #101 in their knife displays.

For what it's worth, I found the AVID version in 13C26 Sandvick steel on Ebay for $33.02 shipped, so I bought it instead.

Thats the Vantage Select and Walmart and Bass Pro sell them and they are the same.I bought the Select because of the handles,but when I wear it out I can buy the Vantage Eco Lite wich is only $20.00 and swap out the handles.;)

That's a new one on me, I've never seen or heard of a Vantage Eco Lite. Got any links to or pictures of one of them that you can share?

It's one of the two Vantage models thet my local Walmart sells.The Ecolite and Select are the same other than the Ecolite has recycled Paperstone hadles that are thin and flat(they suck),but it's almost $20.00 cheaper than the Select because of the shitty handles.

Do they call them (on the packaging) an EcoLite? I've only seen that name used for the 110 and 112. I've seen the "Paperstone" Vantage.

Yes,it's on the package.I would send you a photo,but I threw the package away,but the package does say Ecolite with Paperstone handles.I could be wrong but my guess is that Paperstone is only the handle material,just like Dymondwood,but Ecolite is the model like Pro,Avid,Select,and Ecolite.I may be wrong about that,but I think Im pretty close.;)

That's cool. I know that there are and have been several Bucks that never showed up in the catalogs because they were destined for WalMart or some other vendor as an exclusive.

I need to get hold of one to add to my Vantage collection. I think I have every one that's been available until the new 2011 offerings. My Walmart sure doesn't have any of them so that's a bummer.
 
Im pretty sure that youre Paperstone and my Ecolite are the exact same Vantage,maybe different packages,but if yours is 420 steel with thin black handles that feel like cheap plastic,and cost $20.00 new,then its the same as the Vantage Ecolite.
