Vantage pivot screw help

Hi , last year I totally messed up the pivot screw on my Vantage 346. I was so annoyed with myself I just shut it in a drawer and forgot about it until a couple of days ago I was looking for something and discovered it again , I then realised how much I missed it and liked the knife so I’ve purchased another but I’d still like to get a replacement screw for the old one. I’d rather not send it back to the factory as I’m in England and it would cost a fair bit to ship and take ages. Is there somewhere I can purchase a replacement T 6 screw ?

I have never dealt with Buck's warranty myself so take this just as a suggestion. If it were me, I would contact Buck and explain your situation and maybe, just maybe you may be lucky and get someone who's sympathetic to your plight and will break with company protocol and send you a screw. Never hurts to try. Oh and if you get an emphatic no, keep trying, they may just send you a screw to shut you up.

I did email Buck and explained What had happened and it was my fault. They replied and said they would look after me. They were great and have updated to say they are mailing a screw out to me. This is fantastic service and as a Buck fan and customer for 25 years this was the first time I’ve needed to reach out to them and it was brilliant they were there for me.
