Vantage rust

One of my vantage selects had some rust on it I got it all off but I'm
wondering if there is some sort of pant or someone I can put on it to keep from rusting again.

I was thinking of using gun blue on it but I don't know if you can use that on knives or if that will even work lol.

Stainless wont take bluing. I had a buck 603 that I left overnight in the bush and had oxidization spots. A little cleaner and a scouring pad took it off. You can do what you want but I think most guys would agree to not paint it.
 
A little will go a long way my friend. im surprised it oxidized but good on you for using your knife and wanting to look after it. It shows you take care of your tools :)
 
I use Mother's Mag Wheel Polish and Cleaner, found in auto shops or even the big box stores auto area. It might help things out. I use it when I have cut something wrapped in old duct tape and the adhesive sticks to the blade. You didn't say if you were on a salt water shore or using it while being wet a lot. I live in a humid area and fish once in a while and have never had issues.....300
