Which one of these should i pick up? The knife will be for EDC and things like that. Any help is appreciated

If you say to get the X2, should i go with the serrations or the plainedge?

the vaquero grande is reportedly less prone to breakage. My choice would be neither. You could pick up a spydie or bm for the same 75 bucks. Granted neither company makes a gigantic folder like either of the too, but the folders they do put out are very much superior in quality.

a 2X Voyager for a great price, from a good guy, here on the Exchange forum. Had it been serrated I would have passed. I haven't put it through it's paces yet but I think it'll be a good, honest working knife. Locks up tight, no play in any direction, takes a fine edge. If you like ginormous folders, and can get it for a good price, I think you'll like it.

What's more important to you: The Voyager has a thicker overall blade, so it should be a little more durable and the Vaquero Grande has a narrower blade profile so it should cut with a little less force.

Both should make excellent light-use field knives. I have some Vaquero Grandes and they've helped with outdoor chores like pruning and cutting plastic totes, but they're readily outdone in the EDC department by tons of smaller knives, even the smaller additions of the Vaquero and Voyager series.
