I, too, have the 'empty sheath' syndrome...exactly the same sheaths, exactly the same knives.

I'm told we just have to 'suck it up' and wait. For two weeks, B time.

The Leatherman (Dwayne) did mine...so I imagine he did the ones you see above, as well. I love 'em -- sturdy has he** and quite attractive, to boot! Can't wait to slide the knives into them.
