Hi Guys,

For some reason, I have been having some problems posting here since yesterday. I couldn't add a post to a recent thread I made in the traditional subforum. Logged out, logged back in, cleared cookies, cleaned everything with ccleaner... Still didn't help. Hence, I thought I'd try to post a new thread about what I was going to write but that didn't work either! So now I can't post anything and can't post threads. After some googling, I think it might have something to do with the Auto-Save option. Whenever I'm trying to post, the bottom left corner of the text editor says "Restore Auto-Saved Content" and I can't get rid of that box.

I already connected an admin (Knarfeng) and he had also suggested cleaning cookies and the like, but that didn't help. The "Restore ..." keeps being displayed. When I try posting, it takes a while and then I get a notice that the site cannot be loaded, every single time again.

Could anyone please help me out?

Thanks!

edit: well, I'm glad this thread got posted! I did type quite a long text that I had been wanting to post in the traditional forum, so maybe there's an issue with post length? But I tried only posting half of the text and even one third, but that didn't go through either (in the traditional subforum).

edit 2: after some trial and error I did get the thread posted in the traditional subforum. That's good! I'm still wondering what caused the problems though, so any thoughts are still welcome.

Hmm, I see others are having this problem as well. Thanks for your thoughts guys. Revdevil, I'm using google chrome but I tried IE as well as firefox on another computer. Haven't tried opera yet. Well, I hope that a future vBulletin update fixes the bug then. Thanks guys!

I had the same problem with a thread in Traditionals today. Just posting this as an update.

Thanks.
