These became available at Blade HQ today. I just snatched mine up, even though I totally went overboard on knife purchases this month. Been waiting for it to be released for a while now though.... I HAD to buy it! Anyone else get one? I'll post pics when it comes!
 
We are really excited about these, and I think that they turned out really well. We wrapped a few of them with paracord handles. I can't decide what color paracord I like best with them, but it might be blue.

I think black looks good too, but I'll probably have to get handles with mine, they feel much better in hand, though I may try dying them black, been waiting for these since I saw the "coming soon" a couple months ago. I'll probably have to dry up within in the next week or two and grab one.

In fishing lures we call that chartreuse :D

I like the gray ones they came out with myself. I didn't know about either the venom or the gray.
 
That's a really tough color to match. As odd as it sounds, I think brown might look good with it. I'm sure there is a magic multi-color cord that would look perfect if someone took the time to reference a list.

Is the color as muted as it seems in the pic or is it more "neon?" It looks a bit brighter in the Blade HQ picture but it's hard to tell with the cheap monitor I'm on.
 
Appletz, the color is a little bit muted, and not neon green.

Do you mean the BladeHQ pics? Those babies are smokin hot chartreuse in the images. It won't get lost that's for sure and they look pretty cool! :)
 
I'm going to be honest, I had to go and look up what the color chartreuse was. Now that I know, I would say that description is very accurate. You are totally right, it definately won't get lost!

All this talk of chartreuse made me think of this (even through chartreuse isn't one of the colors mentioned)... :p

I saw those when they went up on the site a few days ago -- very cool color. If I ever get an Izula, I think it'll be one of those!
 
I don't think you can beat black paracord for a wrap on any of these little geezers.
 
Got mine in the mail this morning, this is my favorite all time color for the izula.
