I have given a lot of thought to the grind marks on my SJTACLE, had a change of heart, and realized that I am making a big deal out of nothing. I'm going to keep the blade the way it is. Someone made this knife, and it shows that it was maufactured and not stamped out of a machine. It is an awesome blade, perfect size for dayhike / camp blade. I am going to keep it and if I ever get up the nerve, I'll actually use it. Thanks for all the free advice, everyone. Thanks for the warm welcome Garth. You da man...

I hope you choose to use it sooner rather than later. And when you do, make sure to post some pictures!
 
Whoop the poo out of it! Seriously, give it your all, then send it to Garth. I bet you wont even be able to tell it was used after you get it back from him :thumbup:

definitely chop or stick something with it immediately. Once thats done, the fun begins. :) You only live once, use that thing!
