Two-step verification​


I'm not getting the E-mail verification code? Looked through my junk E-mail too.

Sometimes you will need to go to the web page version of your email provider. I found that the junk mail isn’t always synced to your email client.
 
I'm having the same issue and I don't use gmail for the forums. Well, except for this account that I had to create in order to post anything.

Not getting password reset emails either. Checked junkmail and added an exception for bladeforums. Also tried going to the webmail version, no change.
 
I’ve got a thread on this open already. Spark is working on it. My fix for right now is running it like an app on iPhone. I can give you help with that if you need it. Shoot a pm.

If not gmail, then what email provider are you using for your other account?

Same here

I use hotmail
 
Hotmail is Microsoft. I was using Live.com which is also Microsoft. I switched and have not had a problem since. Contrary to popular belief, free email services do not have to guarantee email delivery.
 
I have also been trying for 2 days to get a verification code with no luck.
I am also using Microsoft's Live.com and have tried on mobile and several desktops with no luck. Spam and junk folders are clean. I had to make this new login just to post.

I need to get a new membership so I can post some stuff I want to sell. Maybe I can get my email switched too or should I just start over with this new profile ?
 
Well, since this profile can't send DM's, I'll try tagging Spark and see if he can help me change my email address so I can authenticate.

Something started working. I got my code today, which was latter than usual( I usually get one around the 24th-28th) and started getting DM notifications again on my email(earthlink/joi)

Yes

Around 3:30 pacific time I got about 25 emails and about 5 of them were old code requests.
 
Once you have access again, setup a passkey and copy your one-time backup codes. Both methods allow for access if you lose access to your email one-time codes.
