Verify Ivory Handle on Custom Folder

I am new here but I was wondering if any of you guys could verify that the handle material on this knife is ivory. This knife was a gift over 16 years ago and I am almost certain that I was told the handles are ivory. I plan to sell the knife and I do not want to miss lead anyone on the description. The knife was made by Robert Capdepon from Carencro, LA. I grew up in gun shows and spent a ton of time with Mr. Capdepon. I will try and have it looked at locally if the determination can not be made through these pictures. This was his 39th folder made.

Hard to tell, maybe someone can chime in that owns ivory. It could be some kind of animal antler as well. You can't contact the maker?

He stopped making knife quite a few years ago and I tried finding some contact info and can't really find him right now. I know he is up there in age these days as well... I will ask around at the Gun show in town in 2 weeks if it can not be determined. Thanks for the input!
 
You have to have a paid membership to ask prices.

I own a fair amount of ivory and your handles look more stag or primitive bone than ivory.
